3-Bed Pool Villa

There is one of these and there will not be another. What sets it apart is the layout: three bedrooms of 21.50, 21.07 and 20.64 sqm, near enough identical, rather than one master and two lesser rooms behind it. Two couples can share it without anyone drawing the short straw, and it lets by the room in a way the other houses here do not. The second thing is the outdoors. A terrace of 54.55 sqm, the longest on the site, with the pool beside it and 101.32 sqm of outdoor space against 107.10 indoors, so the two are almost evenly matched. The living room of 34.22 sqm opens to it through sliding glass. Each bedroom is en suite in travertine with a stone basin, and there is a guest cloakroom, a laundry and plant room and covered parking. 208 sqm all in, on one level, under palm thatch above rendered walls and open timber rafters. Thirteen houses share the gated lakeside site, with a trail running round the water. Shops, restaurants and the beach at Chaweng are minutes away, with the hospital, the schools and the airport on the same run. Bought off plan on a 30 year registered lease, with an annual land rent charged separately.
