Eight adjoining plots on the hillside above Lipa Noi, on the west coast of the island, sitting in mature coconut plantation with the ground falling away towards the sea. A track already runs up through the holding, so the line of access is established rather than theoretical. Pricing is by the Rai and rewards taking the whole: 6,000,000 THB a Rai for a single plot, which puts an individual plot between 8,643,000 and 10,036,500 THB, and 5,500,000 THB a Rai for all eight, which is 70,474,250 THB for the whole twelve and a half Rai.
